Our Refund Policy

Cancellation / Refund Policy

During any part of the academic year, Sterling English School maintains the authority to refuse a student's entrance or registration. No fee refunds to the student will be considered after the student admissions procedure is concluded.

Cancellation by the Parent

If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission of the student from the school for any reason whatsoever, no refund of amount paid would be given back.

The excess fee amount collected will be deducted from the subsequent term payments if the parent or student, for any reason, has paid more than the required amount at any point during the academic session, whether by check, draft, credit/debit card, electronic fund transfer or cash.

Cancellation by Sterling English School

If circumstances cause Sterling English School to cancel the admission, the school will inform the student / parent concerned regarding the reasons for cancellation.
